"We must be willing to let go of the life we planned so as to
have the life that is waiting for us."

Coaching: Life Transition
When the way forward isn’t clear, it’s hard to know what to do next.
You may be in the middle of a transition—personally, professionally, or both—and feeling the pressure to figure things out quickly.
But underneath that urgency, there’s often a quieter need: space to reflect, reconnect with yourself, and begin moving in a direction that feels authentically right.
These periods of uncertainty are normal.
What used to work no longer fits, and external pressures make decisions feel heavy or confusing.
It’s easy to default to overthinking, overworking, rushing into decisions, or looking outside yourself for answers that don’t quite land.
But this in-between space isn’t a problem to fix; it’s a meaningful part of the process.
And there is a unique force within you, an inner wisdom and strength, that can guide your life toward its fullest expression.
My role is to walk alongside you, helping you peel back layers, surface your gifts, and reclaim the self-leadership, creativity, and agency that are authentically yours.
When you reconnect with all of who you are—your inner knowing, values, and lived experience—the way forward becomes more clear and new possibilities can emerge.
With each turn around the spiral of transition, you can:
release what no longer serves you
access your own wellspring of resilience and creativity
move from uncertainty to agency, distraction to purposeful action
feel more like yourself, even in the midst of change
I offer support for people navigating life and career transitions who want a more grounded, self-trusting way forward.
Together, we:
slow things down so you can actually hear yourself think
make sense of what’s changing and why
separate your own voice from external expectations
begin identifying what feels true, even if it’s still taking shape
explore what’s present for you right now
process uncertainty, resistance, fear or internal tension
begin identifying what feels aligned—and what doesn’t
experiment with ideas and next steps that genuinely excite you
This isn’t about:
rushing or forcing a perfect answer
quick-fix career advice
being told what to do
following a rigid, once-size-fits all framework
The goal is to help you move forward with confidence, ease and purpose.
If you’re in a period of transition and want support finding your way forward, I’d be glad to connect.
